The Corporation owns commercial, industrial, and residential properties across the country, particularly in major centres. The Corporation on monthly basis pays Water Utilities Corporation for both portable water and sewage fees, however over the past few years the Corporation has been inundated by high consumption bills on its properties.

Investigations have revealed that high water bills could be due to water leakages or high usage. In view of the above the Corporation seeks to appoint a service provider to come up with solutions to address perennial water leakages as well as development of a well-structured water conservation strategies and or technologies
The objective of this tender is to prequalify capable service providers who can assist with means of water conservation technology systems for the Corporation at selected properties countrywide.
