Tender offers are invited for the supply and delivery of stationery, equipment, and consumables for Primary Schools in Charleshill Sub-District Council: Education. Document Collection: The physical address for the collection of Tender Documents is Charleshill Rural Administrative Centre, Sunset Ward, Education Office No. Bl01, Charleshill Sub-District Council. Documents may be collected during working days between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 with effect from 7th August 2020. Queries relating to the issuance of these documents may be addressed in writing, at least fourteen (14) days before the closing of the tender, to Head of Procuring Entity Mr. G. Keoepile/Ms. I. Marumo, Private Bag 002, Charleshill Sub-District Council, Charleshill, Telephone No. 6592242, Fax No. 6592246. Tender Deposit: A non-refundable tender fee of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) should be paid to Charleshill Sub-District Council prior to the collection of Tender Document. Youth companies are entitled to purchase the Tender Document at 50% of the tender fee as per the Presidential Directive CAB 14 (B)/2015 provided they produce proof, that is, Registrar of Companies form of Directorship and Share Certificate and Omang/Identity document. Payment should be made at Council Revenue, Office No. E010 located at Charleshill Sub-District Council, RAC. Operation hours for Revenue are between 08:00 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 15:30.
